Clear about the information entrusted to us.

This policy explains how Innerwave handles information when you visit our website, contact us, or schedule a conversation.

Effective September 2, 2026

Innerwave ("Innerwave," "we," "us," or "our") provides managed operational services to businesses. We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, evaluate a potential working relationship, and operate this website.

We do not sell personal information or use it to create advertising profiles.

01

Information we receive

We may receive information in the following ways:

  • When you contact us. If you email Innerwave, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
  • When you schedule a conversation. Our Google Calendar booking page may ask for your name, email address, company name, company website, and information about the recurring work you would like to discuss.
  • When you visit the site. Hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, maintain, and protect the website.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account details, or confidential client records through the website or initial scheduling form.

02

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
  • schedule and conduct discovery conversations;
  • understand your business needs and evaluate whether Innerwave is a suitable partner;
  • maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the website;
  • keep appropriate business records; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

03

Service providers and disclosure

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email, scheduling, video conferencing, security, and other business operations. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices or on our behalf as applicable.

Appointment scheduling and video conversations currently use Google Calendar and Google Meet. Information submitted through those services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

04

Cookies and analytics

Innerwave does not currently use first-party advertising pixels or an analytics platform on this website. The external Google booking page and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. If our practices change materially, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.

05

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including communication, business recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information and our relationship with you.

06

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when permitted or required by law.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
