• When you schedule a conversation. Our Google Calendar booking page may ask for your name, email address, company name, company website, and information about the recurring work you would like to discuss.
• When you visit the site. Hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, maintain, and protect the website.
• When you allow analytics. Google Analytics may process information about how you reached the website, the pages you view, general device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as scheduling or email-link clicks.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account details, or confidential client records through the website or initial scheduling form.

Appointment scheduling and video conversations currently use Google Calendar and Google Meet. Information submitted through those services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics supports our website measurement. Information processed through Google Analytics is subject to Google's privacy practices. We have disabled advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals in our website configuration.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Innerwave uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, including page visits, traffic sources, and general website interactions. We use this information to evaluate and improve the website and our outreach. We do not use first-party advertising pixels or analytics data for ad personalization.
